A Midsummer Night’s Dream

Perennial audience favourite, Ballet Jorgen returns with one of William Shakespeare’s most beloved comedies! Bengt Jörgen brings this story to life with his original ballet version as a tribute to Canada’s North and the magic of Northern Canada’s woodland, tundra landscapes and the completely engaging creatures of the forest such as moose, beavers, bears, and squirrels--set to Mendelssohn’s 1827 concert overture and 1843 instrumental score, including his famous “Wedding March.” Read more
