Open Model Session: Your Medium of Choice

Date:

Sat, Oct 3rd, 2026

Time:

1:00 pm to 3:00 pm

Description:

Come paint or draw from life at the Vernon Public Art Gallery, in one of our exhibition spaces! Bring your own materials and your medium of choice.

There will be a clothed sitting model for you to work on your practice of choice. There is no better way to learn color, gesture, and composition than practicing from life. The event will have snacks and drinks, easels, and will be chaperoned by an experienced painter whom you can bounce ideas off. This is a great networking event to meet fellow local artists and hone your craft together in an open friendly pedagogical setting.

Please register to ensure we have a space available for you. The link will be available closer to the event.
